Yes, indeed, push ups can be a great way to start increasing your breast size starting from today. If you have a boyfriend who does push ups everyday, you would probably have noticed that he has pretty big chest muscles, and you would be able to achieve the same effects if you do these push ups too!
Even though most guys know how to do push ups intuitively somehow, some girls actually do not know how to do proper ones. If you want to achieve the best possible results, you should not be doing the lady-like push ups where you put your knees on the ground, but do the standard ones with your knees off the ground.
Basically, what you would be doing is to lie down facing the floor with your arms around 7 to 25 inches apart (shoulder length width). As you go along, you would release that there are actually many different kind of push ups, such as diamond push ups, wide arm push ups and so on, but for ladies who want to focus on increasing the size of their boobs, they should only be concerned with shoulder length push ups (normal and standard push ups).
Now with your arms apart and palms facing downwards, slowly press yourself downwards using the strength of your arms, while making sure that you do not touch the ground completely. After that, slowly raise yourself back up again. Then repeat this for around fifteen to twenty times. If you have done this exercise correctly, you would be able to feel some kind of stretch in your arms and also around your chest area.
Even though I have previously said that it is not recommended for you to be placing your knees on the ground while doing this exercise, some of you might have limited upper-body strength and would not be able to continue for 10 to 20 times with your knees off the ground. If that is the case, then just do the maximum number of times you can with your knees off the ground, and then do the rest with your knees on the ground. Then slowly try to increase the amount of times you can do push ups with your knees off the ground!
By doing these push ups regularly, you would be able to gain and tone your chest muscles and thus result in having a larger and bigger bust size!
