Pectoral Push Ups for Breast Enhancement

Breast enlargement exercises have recently been the latest craze, after the increasing amount of horror stories that have been heard from ladies whom have underwent breast enlargement surgery. How to go about doing Pectoral Push Ups

Firstly, just like push ups, you would be facing down towards the floor. The only difference now though, is that instead of using your palms to hold up your weight, you would be using your whole elbow instead. Place your lower arms and elbows completely straight on the ground, while lifting the rest of your body up. Then raise your body up just like how you would while doing a normal push up, and hold it in that position for around thirty seconds and then relax. Continue doing this for around six to seven times, and that would be considered a full set.

In order to achieve the best results, it is recommended for you to be doing 2 or 3 full sets of pectoral push ups every two to three days. Pectoral push ups have been known to help ladies achieve bigger, perkier and firmer breasts.

By combining pectoral push ups with other breast enlargement exercises such as chair dips and butterfly presses into a full exercise regime, one would be able to see quicker results in a shorter period of time, and be able to attain their goal of attaining a fuller and firmer bust.
