Even though soy beans do not contain as much amount of estrogen as flax seeds, they can still be really effective when you consume them daily, making them another great choice if you are looking to increase the size of your breasts.
3. Tofu
Until today, I still do not understand why there are so many people who like tofu, and also almost an equal amount of people that hate tofu. But in case you have not realized by now, tofu actually contains the 3rd highest amount of estrogen among all the other foods in the world, only slightly less than flax seeds. If you do not enjoy eating soy beans or flax seeds, you might want to consider giving tofu a try.
There are more than thousands of foods that contain estrogen out there, and this list is by no means comprehensive at all. If you want to see better results in a shorter period of time, it is best that you also start doing certain breast enhancement exercises along the way.
